Tony Geraci moved to South Florida from up state New York where he had worked as a building sub contractor. In South Florida he worked for two major companies, as a licensed sub contractor installing roofing and hurricane shutters. Eventually Tony became a state certified roofing and building contractor and decided to open Design Home Remodeling Inc.
In 2000 Tony decided to start Design Roofing Corp. and strictly do roofing in Dade and Broward and brought his brother Cliff to run the Palm Beach operation. Cliff is a state certified roofing contractor as well. Due to the fact that Tony has been in construction since 1980, he has a good reputation in the South Florida community and most of the crews are second generation roofers.
The company has sustained a substantial growth cycle in the past five years and is continuing to do so. Tony takes the time to personally inspect every job. Many of the customers are impressed with the fact that they actually see the owner come out and inspect their roof. Tony has answered questions on numerous occassions as a community service. Bob Mayer of Channel 6 has called him an expert in the roofing field.
Design Roofing is an active member of the Greater Hollywood and also the North Miami Chamber of Commerce. The company is also a member of BNI International and LeTip International which are professional business organizations.
